I am a certified workplace investigator. As a neutral party, I can
- conduct interviews with the parties and witnesses
- make findings of fact for allegations such as workplace harassment, discrimination, bullying, or breaches of policies and procedures
- review fact situations and provide an analysis based on relevant caselaw
- provide recommendations for next steps
My services include mediation to assist parties to reach a mutually agreeable and self-crafted solution to their conflict, with a focus on maintaining ongoing relationships. This may be at the workplace, in family law matters, or estate matters.
