Unbundled Legal Services

What are "unbundled" legal services? Not every legal issue requires a lawyer's assistance for all aspects of it. I am pleased to provide you with specific and limited services to assist you in a way that is helpful and affordable to you. That could mean helping with a particular task, or providing a reduced rate for services. Let's talk about what you need!

  • Assistance with drafting a court document, like an affidavit
  • Legal research on a particular issue
  • Assistance with drafting a brief for the court or a tribunal
  • Providing coaching services for oral presentations, or provide an overview of what you might expect in Court

I am a registered provider of services to self-represented litigants with the National Directory of Professionals Representing Self-represented Litigants. To read more about this type of service, please see the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society page here.
